Please beaware of taking Homeloan from ICICI Bank .They are very cunning people .While I took my home loan they told I will get .75 less intereset than other bank as I belong to Tata Consulatncy Services. After the loan sanctioned immediately they increase the rate of interest to more than the prevailing rate of intereset rate. I took the loan for 15 years but now that has been changed to 25 yrs. Even they did not inform me while increasing my tenure. I came to know about this when I started inquiring about my homeloan taxcertificate.

Please donot take any home loan from this fraud bank.
